More WWE Fans Win RAW Money
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, June 16, 2008 – The second week of winners in McMahon’s Million Dollar Mania™ giveaway has been announced. Eight lucky fans of “Monday Night RAW” won a total of $1 million dollars on tonight’s episode after each receiving a phone call from Mr. McMahon and knowing the correct password.
Just a few days ago, Denzel Parker, 15, from Virginia Beach, Va., was finishing his freshmen year at Landstown High School. Tonight, he is the winner of $125,000 in the second week of McMahon’s Million Dollar Mania.

WWE Ratings Still Lead the Pack
June 3, 2008 -- There has been some discussion around Monday Night RAW’s Memorial Day rating. Let’s put all this into perspective. First, over the past 13 weeks (3/3/08-5/26/08) Raw has averaged more weekly viewers than during the first 13 weeks following the show’s return to the USA Network in October 2005.
Even with a lower than usual rating, on Memorial Day, RAW was the #1 regularly scheduled cable program in primetime among households. RAW also was the #1 program on all primetime television among Persons 12-17 and the #2 television program among Males 12-17, Males 12-34, Males 18-34 and Persons 12-34. » read more »

STAMFORD, Conn., June 3, 2008 – WWE® Chairman Vince McMahon will give away a total of $1 million dollars of his personal wealth each week beginning Monday, June 9th.
“This is my own version of an economic stimulus plan for our viewers, which will no doubt increase television ratings as well.”

STAMFORD, Conn., May 8, 2008 – WWE's WrestleMania® XXIV generated approximately 1.1 million pay-per-view buys, amounting to $23.8 million in pay-per-view revenue in the first quarter of 2008.
WrestleMania XXIV also grossed more than $5.85 million in ticket sales, making it the highest grossing live event in WWE history and in the history of the Citrus Bowl. The premiere event in sports entertainment also set an attendance record for the Citrus Bowl with 74,635 fans from all 50 states, five Canadian provinces and 21 countries.
By comparison, WrestleMania 23 generated approximately 1.2 million buys and $24.6 million in pay-per-view revenue, which was recorded during the second quarter of 2007. » read more »
