Sept. 2 game to be shown nationally

08/09/2007, ARLINGTON -- The Texas Rangers at Los Angeles Angels game on September 2 will be nationally televised by ESPN 2.

Game time will change to 7:00 CT, and there will be no local television broadcast.

- Mike Wood recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma

08/04/2007, Arlington -- Texas Rangers general manager Jon Daniels announced today the club recalled RHP Mike Wood from Triple-A Oklahoma and has placed RHP Kameron Loe (back stiffness) on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to July 30.

Wood is 1-1, 5.40 in five appearances and four starts for the Rangers in 2007. He is 9-3, 3.23 in 16 appearances/15 starts for Oklahoma.

Loe is 5-9, 5.80 in 24 games and 19 starts for Texas.

ARLINGTON, Texas, 05/01/2007 6:04 PM ET -- Texas Rangers General Manager Jon Daniels announced today the club has recalled OF Victor Diaz and RHP Mike Wood from Triple-A Oklahoma and have optioned RHP Scott Feldman to the same club and placed OF Frank Catalanotto (right bicep tendonitis) on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 30.

Victor Diaz has appeared in 23 games for the RedHawks and was leading the team in hitting (.356), home runs (3) and RBI (28).    » read more »
