London, 23 June 2008 – News International Ltd today announces the following changes to its management team.

Clive Milner is appointed Chief Operating Officer with accountability for all operations including, Manufacturing, Technology, Distribution, Procurement and Facilities at News International Ltd. The way content is delivered through newspapers, websites and products will be brought under Clive’s control.

Bill McGurn Appointed Vice President, News Corporation

New York, NY, February 25, 2008 – News Corporation announced today that former White House chief speechwriter Bill McGurn has been appointed a vice president of the Company.

In his new role, Mr. McGurn, 49, will oversee major speeches and contribute to News Corp. publications.
