The way content is delivered through newspapers, websites and products will be brought under Clive’s control.

New York, NY, February 25, 2008 – News Corporation announced today that former White House chief speechwriter Bill McGurn has been appointed a vice president of the Company.

In his new role, Mr. McGurn, 49, will oversee major speeches and contribute to News Corp. publications.

NEW YORK, NY, February 21, 2008 – News Corporation today announced it has secured additional shares in leading German pay-TV operator, Premiere AG, increasing its total stake to 19.9 percent. In January, the Company initially acquired a 14.58 percent interest in Premiere from Unity Media.
