October 30, 2007 -- SPRINGFIELD – Illinois State Public Health Director Dr. Damon T. Arnold today gave some helpful tips to make sure kids across Illinois have a safe Halloween.

“Halloween is one of the most exciting nights of the year for children, but it also can be one of the most dangerous,” said Dr. Arnold. “Parents should participate in their children’s fun.
