Iowa Challenges EPA over Rules on Greenhouse Gas Vehicle Emissions
February 1, 2008. -- A group of states is seeking to adopt stricter vehicle-emission standards than EPA for carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions by new motor vehicles.
