Foxy Brown in Isolation Following Fight with Fellow Inmate at New York Jail
26 October 2007, Washington (By Ray McDonald) -- Rapper Foxy Brown received 76 days in isolation at a New York jail after getting into a shoving match with another inmate and refusing to submit to a drug test.
Brown, born Inga Marchand, has been isolated and confined to her cell for 23 hours each day, said Stephen Morello, deputy commissioner for public information for the New York Department of Corrections. Foxy Brown Jailed for Probation Violation
23 August 2007, Washington (By Ray McDonald) -- Foxy Brown has been jailed for violating terms of her probation.
The 27-year-old rapper was incarcerated on August 22, following an order from Judge Melissa C. Jackson. She will be confined until her next hearing on September 7.
Foxy Brown - real name Inga Marchand - was arrested earlier this month after reportedly hitting her neighbor with her cell phone. Authorities also said she skipped her court-ordered anger management classes and traveled out of the city without permission. » read more »
