October 04, 2007, New Orleans, LA -- Entergy Corporation (NYSE: ETR) announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with the New York Power Authority (NYPA) on revisions to value sharing terms entered into in 2000 at the time of the purchase of the Indian Point 3 and James A. FitzPatrick nuclear units. The agreement will clarify and amend certain provisions of the original terms included in the purchase transaction.
