08/27/2007, ARLINGTON, Texas -- Eight players from the Texas Rangers organization have been selected to play for the Surprise Rafters in the Arizona Fall League.

Pitcher Josh Rupe and infielder Joaquin Arias are the only two players on the 40-man roster scheduled to participate. Rupe has been on the 60-day DL since June 16 sore right elbow. Arias has missed the entire 2007 season while recovering from injuries.    » read more »
