Baseball Fans Have Opportunity to Purchase Tickets for Possible World Series Games at Fenway Park on Monday, Oct. 15

10/11/2007, BOSTON -- A limited number of tickets for Games 1, 2, 6 and 7 of the 2007 World Series, which may be played at Fenway Park, will be available by telephone only (while supplies last) beginning at 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15.

Fans who registered and were selected in the random online drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets for the World Series will be notified via e-mail tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 12). The postseason ticket purchasing program is presented by EMC.    » read more »

10/04/2007, BOSTON -- The Boston Red Sox today announced that Berklee College of Music Professor and internationally acclaimed Trumpeter Tiger Okoshi will perform the Star Spangled Banner prior to Game 2 of the 2007 American League Division Series on Friday night.

Okoshi, a recording artist for Yamaha, will be accompanied by Taiko drums in his Friday night performance.
