Boeing is remanufacturing 96 A-model Apaches for the U.S. Army under the extended Block II contract and continues to produce new-build wartime replacement U.S. Army Apaches while working toward delivery of the Block III Apaches beginning in 2011.    » read more »

ST. LOUIS, Oct. 05, 2007 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] has been awarded a $600,000 U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) contract to develop the Seeker Integrated Target Endgame Sensor (SITES) to help advance Joint Dual Role Air Dominance Missile (JDRADM) technology.

"We believe SITES will help maximize the system's lethality," said David Moos, Boeing program manager for SITES. "This missile seeker will provide sufficient precision targeting to advance JDRADM technology.
