NFL: 2008 ESPN Monday Night Football Preseason Schedule
Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski and Tony Kornheiser to Call Four-Game Slate in August
April 3, 2008 -- ESPN will kickoff its 2008 Monday Night Football preseason schedule with the New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals Thursday, August 7 at 8 p.m. ET. ESPN’s commentator team of Mike Tirico (play-by-play) and analysts Ron Jaworski and Tony Kornheiser will call four NFL preseason games during the month of August – three on Mondays and one Thursday – in anticipation of their regular-season debut on Monday, Sept. 8. ESPN's Monday Night Football to Feature Fan-Generated Videos
August 20, 2007 -- ESPN's Monday Night Football will feature fan-generated videos for the first time in 2007. Throughout the NFL season, fans will be invited to create personalized videos promoting their favorite teams’ upcoming MNF appearance and upload them to the “Monday Night Surround” section on ESPN.com. Two videos will be selected each week and shown on the air during MNF. Videos will highlight the teams set to play in the following week’s MNF game on ESPN, as fans voice why their team will win the game and why NFL fans should tune-in. » read more »
