Sept. 10, 2007 -- Under the direction of President George W. Bush, Utah Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., has authorized the lowering of the Flag of the United States of America and the Flag of the State of Utah on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 in recognition of Patriot Day.

The flags shall be flown at half-staff on all state-owned facilities from sunrise until sunset.
