ANNAPOLIS, MD -- June 9, 2008 – Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley today applauded Orbital Sciences Corporation’s announcement to select their base of operations in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport, located at the NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility.
