June 20, 2008 -- Universal Music Group (UMG), the world\'s leading music company, and Last.fm, the fast-growing free global music Web site, today announced a new partnership that will make UMG's music video catalogue available for free-on-demand streaming to users of Last.fm. 03.31.2008 -- Last.fm announced today that it is sponsoring a new music category in Mozilla's Extend Firefox 3 contest. As part of the contest, which encourages Web developers to create innovative extensions or add-ons for the forthcoming major update to the Firefox Web browser, Last.fm will be judging entries and will award the best music-related extension entry.
