A Sudden Tragedy Turns The World Of The Mustangs' Hockey Team & Their Wives Upside Down—On And Off The Ice
May 19, 2008 -- Episode 101 ("Game On") – When team captain Adam McBride falls to his death at a season-opening party in his lavish home, the widowed Evelyn and her daughter Molly are left financially destitute. Team owner Malcolm LeBlanc wastes no time in diverting Adam's insurance policy into paying for the number one draft pick, Trevor Lemonde, an up-and-coming athlete with a brilliant future future...and girlfriend Tabbi in a rural community.
Newly named captain Gabe McCall courts a resistant Connie Lewis, a daycare teacher wary of the lifestyle her suitor represents. Meanwhile, Damon Trebuchet, a player on and off the ice, is haunted by his dead wife and child. Attempting to cast away the demons by seducing beautiful women and videotaping their encounters without their knowledge, Damon realizes he's gone too far when one of his conquests finds the camera and leaves with the tape on "MVP," THURSDAY, JUNE 19 (11:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., ET) on the SOAPnet Network.
"MVP" stars Lucas Bryant as Gabe McCall, Kristin Booth as Connie Lewis, Deborah Odell as Evelyn McBride, Natalie Krill as Molly McBride, Peter Miller as Damon Trebuchet, Dillon Casey as Trevor Lemond and Anastasia Phillips as Tabbi.
"Game On" was written by Kent Staines and Sherry White.
