Denny Crane Goes Up Against Alan Shore In Court When Concord, Massachusetts Hires Alan To Help Them Secede From The Union, On The Season Finale Of ABC's "Boston Legal"

Monday, May 05, 2008 -- "Patriot Acts" - Patriotism abounds as Alan and Denny celebrate their acceptance into the Auxiliary Coast Guard. However, when the town of Concord, Massachusetts wants to secede from the United States and Alan takes the case, Denny is deeply offended. The case gets personal when Denny appears in court representing the opposing side, on the Season Finale of "Boston Legal," WEDNESDAY, MAY 21 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Boston Legal" stars James Spader as Alan Shore, John Larroquette as Carl Sack, Christian Clemenson as Jerry Espenson, Gary Anthony Williams as Clarence/Clarice Bell, Tara Summers as Katie Lloyd, Saffron Burrows as Lorraine Weller, Taraji P. Henson as Whitney Rome, with Candice Bergen as Shirley Schmidt and William Shatner as Denny Crane.

Guest starring are Anthony Heald as Judge Harvey Cooper, Henry Gibson as Judge Clark Brown, Michael Mantell as Mayor Thomas Steinbrenner, Richard McGonagle as A.A.G. Norman Wood and Jude Ciccolella as General Robert Seagram

"Patriot Acts" was written by David E. Kelley & Jonathan Shapiro & Sanford Golden & Karen Wyscarver and directed by Bill D'Elia.

"Boston Legal" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.
