ESPN Broadband Network to Offer 42 Games to Fans in 2008

April 1, 2008 -- ESPN360.com has added 15 live streaming simulcasts of Arena Football League regional games to its 2008 program line-up. The additional games -- combined with the 27 previously planned simulcasts of ESPN/ESPN2 Arena Football national telecasts -- makes a total of 42 AFL games available to fans on ESPN’s live sports broadband network, including regular season and playoffs.

ESPN360.com streamed its first live Arena Football regional telecast March 15 when the Cleveland Gladiators defeated the Columbus Destroyers 59-57, and March 29 when the Georgia Force beat the Utah Blaze, 70-49. ESPN360.com’s next national broadband simulcast of a regionally-televised game is planned for Saturday, April 5 -- Cleveland Gladiators at Dallas Desperados at 8 p.m.
