Atlanta Braves Introduce "SplitSeason Tickets" Service for Fans
03/10/2008 -- Atlanta Braves fans now have a new and innovative tool to help share full season ticket plans amongst a group of friends. The Atlanta Braves are the first team in professional sports to offer the "SplitSeason Tickets" online tool to help fans create new season ticket groups.
"Many of our fans already come together to purchase season tickets, and with this innovative and easy-to-use service, we are providing a new and simple way for fans to form these groups and keep them organized," said Derek Schiller, Atlanta Braves executive vice president of Sales and Marketing.
This web-based service provides a simple way for fans to reach out to friends, family, and colleagues and invite others to form season ticket groups. Once groups are formed, fans can easily split the games amongst the group members with an online drafting service.
Fans can take advantage of two special opportunities to save on full season ticket plans now. "Buy 2 Full Season Tickets, Get 2 Free" (Golden Moon Casino Club Pavilion and Terrace Reserved Levels) and $249 full season ticket packages are available by going to Braves.com/tickets or calling 404-577-9100. Financing is also available for any season ticket packages over $199 through the GE Money Sport Finance Program.
