Maggie Rubey Lynch Promoted to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Recruitment and Executive Search, Time Warner Inc.

March 05, 2008, NEW YORK – Maggie Rubey Lynch has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Recruitment and Executive Search at Time Warner Inc., it was announced by Patricia Fili-Krushel, Executive Vice President of Administration, to whom she will continue to report. Rubey Lynch is responsible for identifying and fulfilling Time Warner’s current and future human capital needs while addressing core business goals such as increasing internal mobility and workforce diversity.

The Worldwide Recruitment and Executive Search group, which Rubey Lynch established and leads, is an enterprise-wide search practice dedicated to assembling elite leadership teams with the highest caliber of top-tier, diverse talent essential to achieving ongoing business success and future growth. Rubey Lynch developed a unique approach to recruitment and search, combining traditional search methodology and strategic sourcing to ensure diverse candidate slates, and launched an enterprise-wide internal career website designed to promote global employee mobility. Her group works in partnership with the company’s operating divisions to provide senior-level search services, oversee recruitment programs and events, conduct industry research, and administer the company’s recruitment processes, tools, and platforms.

Rubey Lynch joined Time Warner in 2002 from Warner Bros., where she developed an in-house executive recruitment function that served as a model for the enterprise-wide group she leads today. Before joining Warner Bros. in 1998, Rubey Lynch was a Principal in the Los Angeles-based retained executive search firm of Gary Kaplan & Associates. She began her career at Dillard’s Department Stores in Texas, where she became the youngest store manager in company history. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University.
