Registration Now Open! Softball Camp for Girls, ages 9-14
Now in its second year, the Softball Camp offers topnotch instruction from a highly experienced and dedicated staff. Campers develop their knowledge of the game, achieve a new level of play, and boost self confidence - a combination that ensures a fun-filled week! Each day includes fundamental skill instruction, drills, individual position work and game play. Camps are located in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Special guests include Daily News Live host Michael Barkann, NBC 10 sports anchor John Clark, Phillies broadcaster Tom McCarthy, emcee and Phillies Director of Public Affairs Scott Palmer, the Phanatic and Phillies Ballgirls. Pre-Game Parade & Clinic! Women's Softball Celebration with Visor, Saturday, May 17
Celebrate women's softball at Citizens Bank Park! Members of the professional softball league, National Pro Fastpitch (NPF), will sign autographs, give softball tips and participate in a special softball pre-game ceremony prior to the 7:05 p.m. game against the Toronto Blue Jays. Players from NPF's Philadelphia Force will also be on hand. All softball players, coaches and their families will receive a special ticket discount and a Phillies visor that night*. Softball players are invited to take part in a pre-game parade on the field*. Plus, a free softball clinic will be held earlier in the day for women softball players*. * Must register in advance.
