Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training Broadcast Schedule Announced
02/20/2008 -- The TORONTO BLUE JAYS are pleased to announce their 2008 SPRING TRAINING BROADCAST SCHEDULE.
Fan favourites Jerry Howarth, Alan Ashby and Mike Wilner step up to the microphone again this season. They will call 15 games; all of which can be heard on bluejays.com. Ten of the 15 games will be simulcast on the Fan Radio Network with eight of those games available on Toronto's FAN590. Full details are below.
The team's March 2 game versus the Cincinnati Reds is the first of three televised spring broadcasts. Citytv brings you all the action from Dunedin starting at 12:30 pm. The final two spring training games, from Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, will also be televised. On Friday, March 28, Rogers Sportsnet will broadcast the 7:05pm game and on Saturday, March 29 fans can tune in to TSN for the 1:05pm contest.
