IOC to Announce Host City of First Ever Youth Olympic Games
18 February 2008 -- The International Olympic Committee (IOC) will reveal on Thursday 21 February whether Moscow or Singapore will host the very first edition of the Youth Olympic Games in 2010.
The announcement will be made by IOC President Jacques Rogge at the Olympic Museum. The event will be webcast live on olympic.org and fed live from Lausanne.
