Khalil Greene ranked among the top National League shortstops in RBI (2nd), doubles (2nd), home runs (3rd) and slugging percentage (6th, .468), setting Padres single-season records for a shortstop in doubles, home runs, RBI and runs scored.
His 44 doubles in 2007 rank fifth on the Padres all-time single-season list while his 29 road doubles placed second in the Majors behind teammate Adrian Gonzalez. Greene's career-high 74 extra-base hits also rank fifth on the Padres all-time single-season list.
