NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2008 -- COMEDY CENTRAL is being called for double-dribbling in ''Reel Comedy: Semi-Pro.'' This half-hour special premieres on Monday, February 25 at midnight.
COMEDY CENTRAL's ''Reel Comedy: Semi-Pro'' is hosted by comedian Paul F. Tompkins, who visits the set to hit the basketball court with the film's stars, Will Ferrell, Woody Harrelson, Andre Benjamin, Rob Corddry and DeRay Davis. Tompkins gets the lowdown on secrets of the locker room, how to make dribbling look effective on-camera and how to choreograph a winning play. He also gets fashion advice from the cast, based on their outrageous '70s clothes in the movie. New Line's ''Semi-Pro'' opens in theaters on February 29.
Encore presentations air Tuesday, February 26 at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 27 at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 28 at 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. and Friday, February 29 at 4:30 p.m.
