Milwaukee Brewers Announce Spring Training Broadcast Schedule
01/30/2008, MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Brewers today announced the television and radio schedule for Spring Training 2008. The club will air 11 games on WTMJ-AM 620 and the Brewers Radio Network and three games on FSN Wisconsin.
All Saturday, Sunday and night games will be broadcast on WTMJ-AM 620 and the Brewers Radio Network. Hall of Fame announcer Bob Uecker and Jim Powell will call the action on the Brewers Radio Network.
The televised games will be Friday, March 14 vs. San Diego at Peoria at 8:05 p.m., Sunday, March 16 vs. Seattle at Peoria at 2:05 p.m. and Monday, March 24 vs. Colorado at Tucson at 2:05 p.m. Brian Anderson and Bill Schroeder will again handle play-by-play and color commentary on FSN Wisconsin.
In addition, all games that are not on WTMJ-AM 620 will be webcast on brewers.com. Anderson and Schroeder will be the lead broadcast team.
One other change of note on the 2008 Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training schedule is the Saturday, March 29 game vs. Kansas City at Miller Park will now start at 2:05 p.m.
