Detroit Tigers Invite 21 Players to Major League Camp
01/22/2008, DETROIT -- The Detroit Tigers today announced the club has invited the following 21 players to Major League camp:

Chris Lambert
Preston Larrison
Aquilino Lopez
Matt Mantei
Catchers:
Joe Bowen
Dusty Ryan
Dane Sardinha
James Skelton
Max. St. Pierre
Nick Trzesniak
Infielders:
Michael Hollimon
Jeff Larish
Scott Sizemore
Danny Worth
Outfielders:
Matt Joyce
Timo Perez
Wilkin Ramirez
Clete Thomas
Additionally, the following staff members will be in uniform at Major League camp this spring: Glenn Adams, Kevin Bradshaw, Tom Brookens, Ray Burris, Leon "Bull" Durham, Glenn Ezell, Toby Harrah, Jon Matlack, Larry Parrish, Brian Peterson, Scott Pickens, Mike Rojas, Gene Roof, A.J. Sager and Bruce Tanner. Both Willie Horton and Al Kaline will be in uniform this spring, while Lou Whitaker will return for the fifth straight year as a spring training instructor. Victor Trasoff-Jilg, Matt Rankin and Chris McDonald will assist the Major League training staff this spring, while Chris Walter will once again work with the Tigers strength and conditioning coordinator Javair Gillett.
Pitchers and catchers will report to Lakeland on Feb. 14, with the first work-out on Feb. 15. The balance of the squad will report on Feb. 19 and the first full-squad work-out will be held on Feb. 20.
