Kansas City Royals Announce Times for 2008 MLB Schedule

Kansas City Royals home opener against the New York Yankees set for April 8 at 3:10 p.m.

01/18/2008, KANSAS CITY -- The Kansas City Royals have announced their 2008 regular season schedule with times. Similar to the last several seasons, weekday night games will begin at 7:10 p.m., while Saturday night games begin at 6:10 p.m. Sunday games and weekday day games will again start at 1:10 p.m.

The Royals have season tickets packages available for any budget, including the "Buy 2, Get 2" Plan and the brand new 13-game package. Season ticket packages offer savings over single-game prices and most plans include the Opening Day game. Season tickets are currently available on the team website, Royals.com.

The Royals also announced single game tickets for all 2008 regular season games will go on sale Saturday, March 8 at 9 a.m. Tickets will be available on-line at royals.com, by phone at 1-800-6ROYALS, at metro area HyVee stores, and at the Kauffman Stadium ticket windows. Opening Day tickets will not be available for purchase at Hy-Vee locations. However, metro area Hy-Vee stores will be selling tickets to all other 2007 Royals home games.
