NAVY
Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $134,188,724 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-02-C-3002). This modification is to continue the design, development, verification, and test of Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Partner Version Air System development under the JSF Delta System Development and Demonstration Effort (Delta SDD).
The purpose of the Delta SDD is to develop a version of the JSF Air System that meets U.S. National Disclosure Policy, but remains common to the U.S. Air System, where possible. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (68 percent), Orlando, Fla. (24 percent), and El Segundo, Calif. (8 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
Northrop Grumman Corp., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded $8,726,900 for firm-fixed-price order #5095 under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement contract (N00383-06-G-032D) for aircraft rudders which are spares in support of the F/A- 18 aircraft. Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif. (50 percent); Emmen, Switzerland (26 percent); and Wichita, Kan. (24 percent), and work is expected to be completed by July 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not awarded competitively. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity.
McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $8,153,924 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-06-C-0309) for services of the execution and implementation of 3 Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). The services will include incorporating additional and enhanced functionality stemming from ECP-283 Hot Section Reliability Program Airframe, ECP 285 Ballast Inc., and ECP 287 Inverter Upgrade. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed in June 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Lion Vallen Limited Partnership, Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a maximum $19,000,000.00 prime vendor service contract for storage and distribution of clothing and textile items. Other locations of performance are Virginia and Kentucky. Using services are Federal Civilian Agencies. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is exercising option year six. There were 50 proposals originally solicited with seven responses. Date of performance completion is Nov. 14, 2008. The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-99-C-0333(C)).
AIR FORCE
General Dynamics C4 Systems, Incorporated of Needham, Mass., is being awarded a contract for $8,362,692. This action provides for System Development and Demonstration (SD&D) for the Combat Key Generator (CKG). At this time $1,900,000 has been obligated. HQ Cryptologic Program Systems Group/PK, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8307-08-C-0006).
