The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Blagojevich’s Office to fly the United States and Illinois flags at State occupied buildings at half-staff on behalf of:

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags from sunrise to sunset at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel on:

Sunrise, Tuesday, November 13 until
Sunset, Friday, November 16, 2007
