She had planned to work until Nov. 8 or 9, but after confirming the news this week on "The View," she said she will depart the popular talk show on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Her 10-year-old son, JQ, was born profoundly deaf and the singer/actress remains committed to hearing health awareness.
