Cleveland Indians Announce ALCS Pregame Festivities at Jacobs Field Beginning Oct. 15

Tribe fans encouraged to be in seats 45 minutes prior to first pitch for pregame ceremonies

10/12/2007, CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians today announced pregame festivities for all three 2007 American League Championship Series Games at Jacobs Field beginning next week on Monday, October 15 at 7:10PM vs. the Boston Red Sox.

Fans are encouraged to be in their seats 45 minutes prior to each game to enjoy all pregame festivities. Jacobs Field Gates will open two (2) hours prior to game time for all postseason games.

This rising star in the music world is a Cleveland native and is currently a sophomore at Case Western Reserve University. Her music has been featured on Soft Rock 102.1FM the past few years.

Ceremonial First Pitch: SCOTT HAMILTON
Bowling Green, OH native is a four-time U.S. National Champion, a four-time World Champion and an Olympic Gold medal figure skater. He is as a commentator, actor, producer, best-selling author, humanitarian, and cancer survivor. As a result of his courageous battle against cancer in 1997, he co-founded The Scott Hamilton CARES Initiative (Cancer Alliance for Research, Education and Survivorship) at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute.

National Anthem and 7th Inning Stretch "God Bless America": TAYLOR SWIFT
16 year-old country music artist Taylor Swift, native of Wyommising, PA, was recently nominated by New Music Weekly as Country Female Artist of the Year.
