Fans not registered for Indians 2007 Postseason Ticket Lottery should visit indians.com for possible chance to purchase remaining postseason tickets
09/28/2007, CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians, who clinched their seventh American League Central Division title on Sunday, Sept. 23, today announced the three potential 2007 American League Division Series HOME GAMES at Jacobs Field are SOLD OUT.
The Indians will continue their 2007 Postseason Ticketing process with the ALCS and World Series opportunities:
LOTTERY OPPORTUNITY
• Fans already registered on indians.com for the Postseason Ticket Opportunity are automatically eligible to be selected to purchase single-game tickets for ALCS and World Series. This includes fans who received ALDS tickets and those who did not.
• Those fans who have not yet registered should visit indians.com to be eligible to be selected to purchase single-game tickets for future postseason games.
GUARANTEED OPPORTUNITY
PLAYOFF PAYOFF- The "Playoff Payoff" Program guarantees fans the opportunity to secure tickets for potential 2007 postseason games (ALCS and World Series) played at Jacobs Field when a deposit is made on a 2008 Season Ticket plan. Call 216-420-HITS (4487) or visit indians.com for details.
INDIANS DIVISION SERIES SCENARIOS:
INDIANS DIVISION WINNER #1 OR #2 - As a Division Winner, if the Indians finish with one of the two best records of the three division winners, the Tribe would earn home field advantage. Thus, the Indians would play a best of five series beginning at home either Oct. 3 or 4. The Indians would play host to Games 1 and 2 and, if necessary, Game 5 at Jacobs Field.
Game 1: Oct. 3 or 4 - JACOBS FIELD
Game 2: Oct. 5 - JACOBS FIELD
Game 3: Oct. 7 - ROAD
Game 4: Oct. 8 - ROAD (If Necessary)
Game 5: Oct. 10 - JACOBS FIELD (If Necessary)
INDIANS DIVISION WINNER #3 - If the Indians finish with the third best record of the three division winners they would play a best of five series beginning on the road Oct. 3 or 4. The Indians would play host to Game 3 and, if necessary, Game 4 at Jacobs Field.
