Philadelphia Sports Complex Doubleheader on Thursday Featuring the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles

08/28/2007 -- The Sports Complex will have a "doubleheader" on Thursday (Aug. 30) when both the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles have home games.

The Philadelphia Phillies play the New York Mets in a 1:05 p.m. game at Citizens Bank Park. That evening (7:30), the Philadelphia Eagles host the New York Jets in a pre-season game at Lincoln Financial Field.

Traffic
**Fans are strongly urged to take public transportation or carpool or arrive early.

**SEPTA will have additional Broad Street Line subway service to the Sports Complex, including additional "sports express" service trains. For information about SEPTA's Broad Street Line service, call (215) 580-7800 or visit www.septa.org.

Parking
**Variable message boards will be located throughout the Sports Complex directing fans to the various parking lots.

**Parking Lots P (off of Darien Street) and Q through X (north of Pattison Avenue) will be designated for Phillies reserved, pre-paid, and cash parking. A map of the Sports Complex parking lots can be found online at http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/phi/ballpark/parking.jsp.

**Tailgating rules will be strictly enforced. Holding additional spaces for tailgating or later arrival will be prohibited.

Ticketing
**Ashburn Alley Gates will open at 10:35 a.m. for the Citizens Bank Businessperson's Special. All other gates open at 11:35 a.m. Gates at Lincoln Financial Field open at 4:30 p.m.

**Fans attending the Philadelphia Phillies game who don't have tickets for the Philadelphia Eagles - New York Jets game.game should depart from the Sports Complex promptly at the conclusion of the Philadelphia Phillies - New York Mets game.
