Comedy Central Records Releases 'Comedy Death-Ray' Double CD Set on Wednesday, September 12

NEW YORK, Aug. 20 -- "Comedy Death-Ray," Los Angeles' premier comedy show, has been the place to see the best emerging comedy for the last five years and now COMEDY CENTRAL Records will release the comedy on a as a double CD. "Comedy Death-Ray" double CD set arrives in stores nationwide on Wednesday, September 12 and will also be available at shop.comedycentral.com.
"Comedy Death-Ray" showcases stand-up comedians including David Cross, Patton Oswalt, Paul F. Tompkins, Neil Hamburger, Maria Bamford, Brian Posehn, cast members from the hit COMEDY CENTRAL series "Reno 911!," Doug Benson, Todd Glass, Hard 'N' Phirm and many more out of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. COMEDY CENTRAL Records recorded the album during "Comedy Death- Ray's" fourth anniversary all-night L.A. celebration and during their special San Francisco Sketchfest show. The two-CD set has almost 150 minutes of all meat, no fat, stand-up comedy from the best comedians performing today.
