Texas Rangers Return for Longest Homestand of the Season

Nine-game stretch highlighted by Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony of Rusty Greer

08/03/2007, ARLINGTON -- The Texas Rangers return to Arlington to begin a nine-game homestand against Oakland (Aug. 6-8), Tampa Bay (Aug. 10-12) and Kansas City (Aug. 14-16), highlighted by Rusty Greer's induction to the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame.

The 2007 Idearc Media Texas Rangers Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, begins on Saturday, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. The ceremony is the culmination of all activities during the 2007 Texas Rangers Alumni Legacy Weekend which includes Thursday's Ozarka Texas Rangers Alumni Legacy Golf Classic, Friday's Dr Pepper Texas Rangers Alumni Legacy Luncheon at the Hilton Arlington and Texas Rangers Alumni Legacy Softball Game and Saturday's Alumni autographs prior to the game.
