NHL Playoffs: Ducks Beat Red Wings
21 May 2007 -- The Anaheim Ducks are one win away from advancing to the National Hockey League Stanley Cup finals for the second time in team history after taking a three-games-to-two lead over Detroit in their Western Conference playoff series.
Anaheim All-Star Teemu Selanne scored nearly 12 minutes into overtime to lift the Ducks 2-1 over the host Red Wings in Sunday's game five of the best-of-seven conference championship series.
Scott Niedermayer forced overtime with a game-tying power play goal for the Ducks with just 48 seconds left in regulation time.
